Leadership in Action: Leaders Summit 2026 at Hugecon

A summit built around real decisions
The Leaders Summit has always been the part of Hugecon where people talk about what actually happened, not what was planned. This year we asked every speaker to bring one decision they got wrong, what it cost and what they changed afterward. The result is a program that feels less like a keynote series and more like a conversation between people who run teams for a living.
Who it is for
The summit is designed for anyone responsible for other people’s work: founders, department heads, team leads and managers stepping into the role for the first time. You don’t need a title with “chief” in it. If you have ever had to deliver hard news, rebuild trust after a reorganization or set priorities with too little information, you will find something useful here.
What to expect on the day
Each morning opens with a short talk, followed by roundtables of eight to ten people. Every table has a facilitator and a single question to work through, so the time stays focused. Highlights include:
- A session on leading distributed teams across time zones without burning out the people in the middle
- A panel on hiring and retention when budgets are tight
- A workshop on giving feedback that people can act on
Making it stick
The most common complaint about leadership events is that the energy fades by the following Monday. To help with that, every roundtable ends with each participant writing down one change they will make in the next 30 days. We will send that note back to you by email a month after the event, along with a short summary of what your table discussed.
Reserve your place
Roundtables are limited in size, and seats are assigned in the order tickets are booked. If leading people is part of your job, the Leaders Summit is the most valuable two days on the Hugecon calendar.
