Event Overview

Hugecon 2026 is a professional conference featuring talks, workshops, exhibitions and networking sessions. By registering for or attending the event, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Registration & Tickets

• Registration is confirmed only after full payment.
• A ticket can be transferred to another person by sending us their name before the event. Tickets may not be resold above their face value.
• The organizers may refuse or cancel a registration for a valid reason, with a full refund.

Payments & Refunds

• All prices are final unless stated otherwise.
• Refunds are available up to 14 days before the event. After that, tickets are non-refundable but remain transferable.
• No refunds are given for no-shows or late arrivals.

Event Changes

• Hugecon 2026 may change the schedule, speakers, venue or format when necessary.
• If the event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, ticket holders will be offered a refund or an alternative.

Media & Photography

• The event may be recorded or photographed.
• By attending, you allow us to use your image or likeness in event coverage and promotion.

Intellectual Property

• All event content, including talks, slides and recordings, is protected.
• Recording or redistributing it without written permission is prohibited.

Liability Disclaimer

• Hugecon 2026 is not responsible for personal loss, injury or property damage during the event, except where the law does not allow this to be excluded.
• Attendees take part at their own risk.

Data Privacy

• Personal data is used only for event-related communication, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Information is not shared with third parties without your consent.

Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
